Background: Firearm injuries are counted major social, economical & medical problem all over the world. They are associated with profound morbidity and significant mortality in victims of firearm injuries. Most of the studies previously were focused on the presentation and specific viseral injuries but, this study covers most of the aspects like mode, pattern, region involved, management, over all out-come and prognosis with possible complications.
